I used to play soccer team of my hometown as a goalkeeper.And at home I began some dumbellstuff.After divorced from my soccer shit;I started to go gym.

After I started to doing bodybuilding for 10 months I injured my back(hernai).I couldnt walk 20 meters.I had an operation.After injury doctors said u cant do bodybuilding!My dreams were gone..But now after 2 years oprat.,I started it again(I dont want to listen doctors).I have been working for "4" years now.ı have to gain muscles!

Bora, Again, good luck with everything. You know, diet is a HUGE part of gaining muscle. So, in addition to the working out, try to eat several small meals a day and include some protein, fat, and carbohydrates in each meal if you can. Bora, Thanks for the nice comment on my gallery picture. Regarding your back, listen to your body. If something feels hard on your back, don't do it. You should probably avoid deadlifts, bent over rows, and squats. But there are lots of exercises that put little stress on your back. Good luck. --Mike
