How I Started:
I used to play soccer.And at home,I began some dumbellstuff.After adventure of my soccer bullshit;I started to workout.
Why I Love It:
It gives me power,energy,and happinies.
How I Stay Motivated:
After I started to workout at GYM for 10 months,I injured my back(hernai).I couldnt walk 20m and it was so bad.I had an operation.After injury doctors said u cant do bodybuilding only walking and swimming as a sport!My dreams were gone..But now after 2 years oprat.,I started it again(I dont want to listen doctors).I have been working for "5" years now.I have to gain muscles!

hey mate. yeah, i'm going good here. on a new workout routine and it's going good so far. i'm gaining strenght and toning like anything but the bulking part is taking a while longer, which is ok.
