I just started work out as a conscience chubby teenager,and I love to stay fit now so I just continued.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont like fat, and I care what feel & look like.I jump on the scale almost daily, its in my kitchen and I have to confront myself everyday in the mirror thats does it!
BB Accomplishments:
I have managed to keep my weight in control for five years, and I have changed my eating habits totally...I have gained the knowledge as to how to keep the weight off with out excersise, but toning is a must for totally satisfation.

I just saw your comments on my photos. I think its halarious when people try to insult others when for one, it's plain rude, and for two, they look LESS than HALF as attractive then the person they are insulting. GROW UP.

You are too sweet!! I woke up this morning..had breakfast and decided that I should take some pictures to see if anything is going on..sometimes you don't see them happening otherwise. My legs are stubborn to changing..lol
So I did 6miles on the treadmill and my calves are so sore..i'm going to be paying for it tomorrow..haha:)

Right now i'm switching between 4 days lower using 50 carbs total from complex carbs a day the rest are from veggie source which aren't included in the 50g. Then two days a week are my re-feeds at 100g complex carbs and a lower protein amount.
My body is being realllly stubborn right now and I haven't lost any weight but my bf% has changed 1% so we'll see what happens..lol trial and error:)
