How I Started:
I quit smoking for my son on his 2nd birthday.After smoking 2 packs a day for 10 years it was one of the hardest things I have ever done .After I quit smoking I had a lot more time,money and energy.So I started dieting first and lost a lot of weight about 80lbs but a lot of it was muscle .I looked like a blob of melted shit.so I started body building to feelin the extra skin.
Why I Love It:
I fell like ever time I lift I add time on my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
{Look at my Kids} I just want to live for ever for my kids. And be healthy so I can keep up with them when they get into sports.And I would like to be half the dad the guy in this video is http://cjcphoto.com/can/ its hard to stop being motivated after seeing this!!!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Went from 245 fat to 190 blob of skin to 210. Lean and getting leaner in two years. So I guess the 20 pounds of muscle I put on .And I did all that haveing (hypothyroidism)
