You are looking good and are on your way and I believe that with your determination you will achieve all your fitness goals. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless. Remember: “God didn't promise you a day without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain. But He did promise you strength for the day, comfort for your tears and a light for your way.”
Hi darling girl, my week break lasted just 3 days lol!! I'm an absolute glutton - I start to get lethargic without training so I'm building it back in slowly.
Hi sweetheart! I'm ok, just taking a week off from the hard workouts and eating a loose diet of what I feel I need, but other than that I'm doing ok. How are things with you?
Thank you, I appreciate the friend add. Much success to you in accomplishing all your health and fitness goals. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week.
No dinner??? That doesn't sound good. You shouldn't be skipping meals-your metabolism won't like that in the long run. How many meals are you eating per day?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been stressed. Have you tried taking a few minutes each day to meditate?
1 hour of cardio and abs sounds great, but what about weight trainig. If I were you I would split that hour and do 30m of intervals and 30m weights so you can get your metabolism fired up-tell me what you think.
TZION! Hey girl just want to say how humbled I am to be an inspiration to you. It's something I never take for granted when someone tells me that so, thanks! Keep working hard and keep in touch! ;-)
