After graduating college and competing in track & field, I wanted to continue training and find some other way to compete....and then I was introduced to the NPC Figure Division.
Why I Love It:
It helps me burn off stress and keeps me reaching for greater things. PLUS I get a ROCKIN bod out of the deal too. ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly creating new goals and finding new inspirations. I keep telling myself that a great body doesn't come for free. It takes dedication, consistency, and a strong will. I am the type of person who doesn't like to fail, so trying to become the best version of myself keeps me motivated to keep working hard!

West Texas Classic - 2nd place *National Qualifier*
Europa Supershow Pro/Am - 5th Place

I like to tell some friends and family about my fitness goals to have some sort of accountibility -since I don't have a workout partner. Having someone to "answer to" or someone that will ask you how much more until you reach your goals, has always helped me to stay a little more motivated.
