How I Started: Always been the athletic kid in school. I really started lifting sometime during my freshman/sophomore year of college
Why I Love It: since i am a small guy, i love to outlift the guys who walk around like they are the biggest dude in the gym
How I Stay Motivated: want to live a long and active life. Hopefully one day i'll look good enough to do some athletic modeling

ok now i really gotta get serious; as of today i've decided to compete in 09!

Goal (Long): trying to loose about 4% body fat. Gotta pull those abs back out and get those legs built up for the competition
