Reason: She inspires me because even though she looked good in her before photos she obvisouly knew she was capable of more and went the extra distance to achieve a great physique. I hope that I can find it in myself to do the same.

Reason: Chris inspires me because he is first and far most, a great friend. He is always ready to work out, he has a super attitude and he puts up with my crap. He knows when to push and when to back off. He is truly passionate about working out and it is good to see someone who has found something in life that they enjoy. I wish him all the best.

Reason: She inspires me because she seems very much in control of her body which is something I think we are all striving for. I like that she realizes a woman does not have to be a stick figure to be beautiful and that we all go through phases and you love and appreciate yourself through all of them.
