She inspires me because even though she looked good in her before photos she obvisouly knew she was capable of more and went the extra distance to achieve a great physique. I hope that I can find it in myself to do the same.
She inspires me because she seems very much in control of her body which is something I think we are all striving for. I like that she realizes a woman does not have to be a stick figure to be beautiful and that we all go through phases and you love and appreciate yourself through all of them.
I want to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goals. A great exercise, cardio and nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives and in only 12 weeks. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
