I believe you can achieve your fitness goal. My wife (Bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks by following the 12 week Body for Life program. I also lost a lot of weight in the same time period and now we look and feel better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
