Thanks, I have fond that interval training can superchage your fitness, boost your metabolism and burn off that extra fat. try HIIT= High Intensity Interval training 3 days a week . good luck , you can do it

i dont train abs much, i use my core on alot of my exercises, but i do hanging leg ups a couple times a week. 4 sets of 10. diet is complicated, message me if you want me to help you out.
