DreaNicole Hello, and thank you for the friend request. I saw your pics and you sound discouraged in your comments. Keep your head up and in the game. If you're not happy with your results after a month, it sounds like you need to change your diet. The minute I changed my eating habits, I lost 6 pounds in a month. DreaNicole My advise is to not go on a diet, but change your eating habits. Also, the Jaime Eason, Live Fit Trainer will get you into shape in 12 weeks. Try it, its great! I was 137lbs, 4 months ago. I'm 120 now. You can do it!!!! Apr 5, 2012 9:19am
