Overall Goal: By mid-April 2009 I will be in the best shape I have ever been in - strength, speed, stamina, and physique!

When I Started:
Sep, 2002
How I Started:
Been working out as long as I can remember and have always loved it. Started lifting more seriously (and seeing alot more results) within the last couple years.
Why I Love It:
I love self improvement. I love seeing results, and feeling completely in control of myself. Being on a good workout and diet program improves my mood, confidence, overall productivity, and success with the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation hasn't ever been too much of an issue because I am constantly reading up on products and ideas, and I talk to people all the time about health and fitness. And its my job - I have to set a good example for my clients and be a good advertisement to potential clients.
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest bodybuilding accomplishment was when I decided to make a big change in mid August '07, and by Holloween '07 I had lost about 15 pounds and several percentages of bodyfat; for the first time I felt totally comfortable with my shirt off. (See my progress pics)
