good article on hiit,im 40 and have some medical problems[disc's & balance] i bodybiuld up to 6times a week and do cardio the same i use a treadmill,warm up 2mph[2:oo]increase to 3 than to 4 mph,incline increase every 5 mins.[3-9.5] for a total of 40 min. what are the sytoms of overtraining,i mean i feel great my pulse is 58 down from 68 i sleep well not stressed,how would i knowif im in this state i know this is alot of volume...what do you think?

In your 'Best HIIT workout' article, you noted that, for the cutting phase, you should do HIIT only twice a week. Why not 3 times?

hey, i just wanted to ask if you have tried the HIIT program that you won the workout of the week contest with? and also are you naturally lean? b/c it sounds like and looks like you have a high metabolism (which is a very good thing i might add), anyway thanks for your time
