12 Week Transformation
Posted in Training : Apr 18, 2011 10:55amThe 12 weeks are now over. Quite a run it has been. My goal was to get as lean as I possibly could and I feel I did a great job doing that. I started out at around 245 lbs at 13% bodyfat and after these 12 weeks have ended up at 242 lbs and 5.5% bodyfat. So in 12 weeks I gained about 15 lbs of muscle while losing 19 lbs of fat. Prior to this 12 week competition I was feeling less motivated and slacking in terms of my training and nutrition.
