12 Week Transformation

The 12 weeks are now over. Quite a run it has been. My goal was to get as lean as I possibly could and I feel I did a great job doing that. I started out at around 245 lbs at 13% bodyfat and after these 12 weeks have ended up at 242 lbs and 5.5% bodyfat. So in 12 weeks I gained about 15 lbs of muscle while losing 19 lbs of fat. Prior to this 12 week competition I was feeling less motivated and slacking in terms of my training and nutrition. But when this came up, it reignited the fire and passion I have always had for lifting and the whole process that goes along with it. At 6 foot 9 it has

Bench Press – 5 x 4 (225 lbs) Incline DB Bench Press – 3 x 6-6-10 (70 lbs DB) Superset: Pull-Ups / Lateral Raises  – 2 x 8 (BW and 25 lbs DB) Superset: Pulldowns / Lateral Raises – 2 x 6 (160 lbs and 25 lbs DB) Superset: Barbell Curls / Pushdowns – 4 x 8 (80 lbs and 75 lbs) Incline Push-Ups – 25 In and out of the gym in 40 minutes, kept rest periods short just to switch things up a bit.
