Ive been lifting on and of for about a year but I started playing football and it sparked the flame that is me.
Why I Love It:
Always getting stronger,faster and becoming a better athlete.
How I Stay Motivated:
The need to be the best.

None yet but I want to squat 300lbs for reps(12).I still have ALOT of work ahead but im more than willing.

Obtain MY ultimate body.To become an ICON for others to look to for inspiration.I have a small body and frame so I wouldnt mind being small but I want to be strong as all hell. EX:me 165 squating 800lbs (if thats phsically possible)
