How I Started:
I have always had a passion for fitness. I have gained weight...lost weight...gained weight....lost weight, you get the picture.
Well, I was sick of all the yo-yoing so I decided to change my life and make fitness not just a sport but a way of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love to look healthy, be healthy and most of all.....I enjoy sharing my passion with my two daughters and hopefully pass down my knowledge to them so that they can live a healthy life.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror keeps me motivated....lol. When I start to see the results that I want.....it makes me want to run to the gym.
I also admire Jamie Eason....If I could only have her body!!
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 35 lbs. in the last 2 years and have kept it off so far. I look forward to compete one day and that is what keeps me going.

Ok....so I am starting all over again. I am back up to 148 lbs after hitting a low of 138 and I am very disappointed in myself. I am going to finally start over and stop looking for excuses. I just don't know what went wrong. I will try to blog everyday so that I can keep track of my meals and...
I did the whole yo-yo weight thing for a long time too. Finally, I decided that this way of life had to be a constant, a committment- or I would end up continually disappointed. Why let myself get tubby and depressed when staying on track is so much less stressful and more rewarding? I commend you on your committment! Keep up the good work!
Enjoy your time back home!! Ill be here when you return. :):) tell lance it was good working out with him, when hes here in sigonella again, let me know!! take care :)

Your pics are going to look GREAT and you know it! We are our worst critics...the pics SO help me. I was feeling like I wasn't making any progress until I see the comparison pics.
