Turbo Jam! I saw the commercial..cheesy but true. It is one of the best cardio programs out there. I then started incorporating resistance training ontop of that.
Why I Love It:
You feel great from the inside out! It motivates me to eat healthier and see how far I can push myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tracking results on a daily basis and writing down each area trained and how long my cardio session was. My goal is to have no more than 3-4 days a month that I did not work out. I have done this for quite a few months prior and would like to get back into this.

Goal (Long):
I started off in my teens with the typical lack of proper nutrition.Then,atage 13,I was enrolled in modeling school, which screwed it up even more! It's true those girls don't eat, they purge. I remember eating 5 celery sticks a day and feeling as though I was going to pass outeverytime I stood up. TERRIBLE!! Anyhow, I always told myself once I was old enough to manage my foods and buy the foods I needed to be healthy I would. I slowly started this process when I was 17, and started living on my own. Just by taking small steps. Everytime I had to eat a meal, regardless of where I was, I would choose the healthier choice. Grilled or baked not fried or sauteed. Chicken over steak. It's not rocket science!Then once I got into that flow, I started adding a variety of work outs to my daily schedule. I consistently went to the gym 2.5 hours everyday...yes, everyday! Then I hit a plateau and got very discouraged. I am now on my way to recovery I guess you could say.I am staying focused and with the bodybugg from APEX. It helps monitor the calories I've burned and what is most efficient cardio program for my body! I want to be lean.I don't care the weight..I believe too many women on focused on thier weight. I'm focused on building muscle and loosing fat. And we all know muscle weighs more than fat!=)
Goals.There's not telling what you can do when you get inspired by them. There's no telling what you can do when you believe in them. There's no telling what will happen when you act upon them.
