This was taken two years ago . And the best shape i was in. I want to get back to this plus 15 to 20 pounds.
Thinned out. This is my current look. Starting new work our routine on 5-23-09. 180LBS IS CURRENT WEIGHT. Goal is

I used to teach a core conditioning class eight times a week. That was brutal on my abdominals! I've actually stopped doing them all together since then. As long as the core is used as the stabilizer it was made for through all movement, then why should we worry about doing them unless you specifically want to add MASS to your abdominal muscles?
