My goal is to gain enough muscle to be competition ready within a year
Goal (Long):
I am naturally very lean and have always had trouble gaining muscle. I feel I'm finally on the right track and want to gain enough muscle to be able to compete in about a year after dieting down. My hardest areas to build are my arms and legs, but my hardest to lean out is my chest and abs. I want a good balance with great symmetry and a body I won't be afraid to show on stage! As long as I keep my eating on track and my workouts consistent I Have no doubt I'll get there... even quicker than a year!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's easy and seeing other people motivates me. I have my gym faves I like to watch while I'm working out. It pushes me to step it up. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
No

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Over the past year I've fluctuated in my weight training endeavors. I go through great runs where I eat 99-100% clean, am at the gym 6 days a week working out hard, and feel like a million bucks. Then comes the ceiling. I hit a patch where I can't push myself anymore. My eating goes down...
haha, yeah I just can't eat enough, a problem most people do not want to hear about haha. Its looks like your getting there though. I hope you have a good weekend
