I saw myself in a video my kids were making and was SHOCKED at how out of shape I'd become!

I love feeling strong and looking fit!

Any way possible!!!

I got my bodyfat down from over 30% to 18% by following Body-For-Life back in 2001/2003 --- I know I can do it again and stay there this time!
