I initially started training to lose a little weight (Body-For-Life)and to 'tone' up. But then I fell in love with how strong it made me feel and the way my body started to change.
Why I Love It:
I love the look of muscle...both male and female --- and feeling strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
ANY way possible!

I've gone from being VERY soft all of my life to a new-found firmness...and strive to get better every day~

I'm definitely retaining water - I'm up about 10 pounds since I started back --- the weight gain is somewhat disheartening but I do know some of it is water due to creatine use and also - I KNOW I'm not drinking enough, so that will cause you to hold onto what you have...solution is to keep...

I was able to get out of bed with no problem this morning though. Who cares if I had to roll off the side...lol
