I got started through highschool football.*Lifting stats are when i was bulking up at 195 pounds my junior year in college. These pictures that are posted was when i was dieting down last year. I weighed about 170lbs at 7.2% BF.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. When I have a lot of stresses in life and things are on my mind, working out seems to really help keep my mind off of things. It is definately a remedy.

Hello, my fellow Nebraskan! ? :) Workouts are going ok, but really want some more sunny (non-rain) days to get outside and do cardio outside. You know what I mean I'm sure...You are in Omaha aren't you? Taking summer classes?
Thanks for the suggestions a while back - I have changed my routine and eating and they seem to have helped.
