When I was younger I was in terrible shape. I didn't know anything about being in shape. I was 208 Lbs and couldn't bench half my bodyweight or run a mile without worrying about having a heart attack. I realized that I was taking what I had for granted and that a lot of people aren't blessed with a healthy body. Lifes too short....so long past due I did what I had to do.
Why I Love It:
Every day is an opportunity to improve. I find when I consistently take care of myself, and strive to improve physically, that drive and aggression flows over to other productive areas of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the lifestyle and work to be an inspiration to others. After seeing my own improvements, and the improvements of others I have worked with I have an easy time staying motivated. I aspire to be a trainer one day to help others on their journeys.

Troy lives the lifestyle. Beyond being completely ripped I think his dedication shows even more so through his incredible strength in the powerlifts and devotion of his time to military service. When feeling unmotivated its inspiring to look at someone whos much further down the road and still killing it.
Howdy! Well, things are pretty darn good here! yea-trying to tear it up. I feel guilty for doing more cardio this week, than weights. But.... thanksgiving....!? lol. Anyway how are you doing?
P90X is no joke. Writing things down helps a lot. You can see where you are struggling and where your improving. Also, you learn what exercises work best for you and which ones are mediocre. Stay strong bro.
Ben, A very humble thanks for adding me as an inspiration. I can honestly say I never would have believed that I would be doing this after all of these years. Take what I know now and plan for the long run! The rewards are invaluable!
Hey there - training is very intense, I am sore all the time pretty much! The flex thing went OK but I didnt get thru, just made a lot of new friends though which was cool. Thanks for asking! Nice pic, I love under armour stuff!
