I started back in 1995, high school. I started lifting in gym class and got hooked after a few months. Soon my dad was buying me weight gainer and I never stopped lifting since.
Why I Love It:
Body building makes me feel good about my appearance, I also like the way my body feels after a good pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately it's been hard to stay motivated because I'm getting old and staying in shape seems to get harder. I stay motivated by knowing that I can be something better, something stronger.
You may have your ups and downs. Just because you missed a day at the gym or ate to much don't give up and say I might as well eat again or miss another day, or I'm tired or blah. You know! Just hit the gym knowing your not perfect but at least your trying.
Last. You may not want to do your workout, so do this. Instead of dwelling over how much time you will be at the gym, break your workout into sections. Do half, then if you still feel like staying longer do the other half of your workout. This way if you only do half at least your showing up to do that half and you will feel better the next day about it.

Well scrap the new diet I tried, doesn't work. No carbs M-F then Carbs on the weekend just put me back at starting weight again. Was down to 198 on Friday, then back to 202 on Monday, lol. I figure I will just hit heavy weight, pack on some muscle for next years muscletech contest. I'm not...

im good, i tore i pec in august i think i started lifting to heavy before i got some bodyfat back on. I havnt been able to do chest and its starting to get fustrating. I've used the extra time to bring up the legs though. I found a natural tested show at ohio state univeristy which is 10 minutes from me so im goin to watch that in april and plan on doing it april of 2011
Hey there Chris. Started using Animal Pak and Animal Stak. Both are great products and have seen and felt results in the past 7 days. What products do you use / recommend?
yea man glad to hear you got the new job that always keep ur head up when money is coming in, I have been eating up for the last couple months back up to 200lbs looking to start cutting sept 1 for 4-6 wks than back up to eating through the winter that constant up and down, u know how that goes im sure
