Background
I started back in 1995, high school. I started lifting in gym class and got hooked after a few months. Soon my dad was buying me weight gainer and I never stopped lifting since.
Body building makes me feel good about my appearance, I also like the way my body feels after a good pump.

But I don’t want to lift heavy! So and so says that squats are bad for your knees, and my mom is afraid and wants me to take up knitting.
Both so and so, and your mom (no offense to moms) can barely lift a roll of toilet paper to wipe their own asses. If you want to look like your mom, listen to the training advice of your mom. If you want to pack on muscle, lift heavy ass weight!

I have the same body type as his before picture - maybe a little more fat. It is just amazing looking at his results. I go the gym wondering around - not knowing what to do - what to eat - supplements to take. And once I feel that I am doing good or have a rough 14 hour day at work, I don't go.

Posted in Other : Feb 11, 2012 11:49pmWhat up all. I've been doing great with the contest so far. Headed into week 3!! I'm down to 208 so I've hit a 2 pound loss eash week. I'm going to go from 3000 calories to 2800 for this week ust to stay ahead of schedule. If this week goes well and I hit 204-205 pounds I might go back to 3000 calories.
Had my Saturday cheat day. Not mush of a cheat, stayed pretty close to my ideal calorie intake. Watched the movie SAFE HOUSE which I liked.
Chest tomorrow/today since it's like 1:47am. Then legs, then arms. Repeat.
