OK, great - since you managed the 2 extra reps at 185 - go right to 205 next week as RXed and see what happens. Sounds like you are having a lot of succes on this program... be sure to make your SQs at least parallel making sure you sit WAY back, spread your knees and keep your chest up!

Probably be in no later than the end of this month - it is still in Marlboro on the corner of rt. 79 and Ryan rd. (just off of rt. 18). We do a contest there called the Tactical Strength Challenge - several other gyms compete across the U.S. as well. Here is a link: www.TheTacticalStrengthChallenge.com next one is September, maybe you could make it?

Yes, it will work for your Dead as well in the beginning - after you complete the template let me know where you are at and I can make recommendations. Great work so far!

I'm not saying that the PL squat is easier it's just better for a lot of reasons including anatomically... build a double BW PL squat (to parallel) belt only, then you can start experimenting with different stances etc.

I have used NO explode as a pre-work out drink more for the phychological edge than for vascularity. I'll be honest - I care a lot more about being stronger week by week than what my veins looks like week by week. I'll never allow myself to be "fat" but I don't need to be 5% bodyfat either. As far as your original question - I have heard good things about NO products for the purposes you are looking for

ATG is good but not nesessary - stick with a PL type SQ rather than an OL type SQ for now and see how your knees are feeling after a few weeks.

Some tips for squatting: Sit BACK, spread your knees the whole time, get the bar down your back as far as possible, try to keep your elbow under the bar, keep your chest up and damn it make sure you go parallel!!! LOL

good pulling, your DL will go up quickly in the beginning, the key is to keep with it! Every "normal healthy man" can build to a double BW DL. Good work
