I was a couple sets into my upper body workout. Had a wonderful day! Trying to lean down for summer. Doing things different this year.

Did chest and back that night and it was an out of this world workout! Hit 230 on incline 6x8 and pullups with 45lbs of xtra weight for 6 sets.

I recommend a hot,hot shower after a grueling workout to take tension off of your joints. Hot water lowers your corisol levels also. Abs are starting to come in!

Standing 5'10" tall and weighing in at 193. This is while training back, it's kinda cold out there but it gets heated up really quick when the iron gets thrown around!
