My father got me into lifting before my 8th grade season of football! He was my motivation! He help mold the lifter I am today! He instilled in me great work habits and I took them above and beyond what he had planned!
Why I Love It:
Why I love lifting? There is probably a hundred reasons why I love to lift. Personally I love the way it makes me look and feel. I mean that is WHY we workout lol. I always tell the young lifters I train, "Once you start seeing gains it becomes addicting."
How I Stay Motivated:
I play college football so I always have to be on top of lifting! If I don't I get left behind! I take lifting above and beyond what they already have planned! I take it to the next level!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet at this point! Can't really compete yet due to college football!

thats nice bro, i been trying to gain weight like that. IM about 160 now, every now and then ill get up 167 and within a week im back down to 160 again. it blows. lol

its going good bro, lots n lots of batting prct. its hard to work on fielding in the gym but its all good.
