Background
I started going to the Gym with my hubby and typically just did Mediocre cardio while he lifted. Then he took me to the Olympia in Vegas and a couple NPC and IFBB shows in california. After meeting a few of the IFBB Bikini competitors, i was hooked. Nate (my Husband) introduced me to Kim Oddo, i did a 12 week contest prep program with him and now i'm hooked!!!
I love the way i look! I know it's shallow and a lot of people say they like the way it makes them feel, and i do like the way i feel when i train, but there is nothing like looking in the mirror and seeing my abs, or flexing my arms. I love seeing my body change.

The Dirty 1000 Workout
Posted in Training : Mar 26, 2011 9:04pmThe DIRTY 1000workout
This Morning the Hubby had a special workout planned for us that was created by my dear friend, Danny J Johnson of No Excuses Personal Training. This thing seriously kicked my A$$!
The basic concept is that you have 10 exercises, and you need to complete 100 reps of each exercise. You time your workour and then try to improve on that time each time you try the workout. We are going to try the workout every two weeks and see what kind of improvements we can do.
Here is the exercises to complete;
