I want to have my eating wright by the end of the year so i can go crazy with trainig from then on.
Goal (Long):
Since i was young i always wanted to be strong like my father who i have never lived with but visited on holidays. I started training to get strong as, but then i built up a decent body pretty quick so i got wright into bodybuilding style instead of strongman style i still aim to get strong but i put shape first. I am now totaly dedicated to bodybuilding. Now this year going to get my nutrition and supplements in order then go all out next year.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
when i was 18-19 I traind for bout a month or 2 with some one at there time the way they wanted to etc which i didnt like.Then i bought my own gym equipment to train when and how i wanted to but i didnt know much about bodybuilding so i gave up after about 2 months and 10 kilos of gains i had a good gym setup just sitting there and allways wanted to be big and strong like my dad so i kept learning bout bodybuilding the diffrent exercises the nutriton etc so this time i started at the age of 22 and knew what to do right away which mayed it easier for me to get in pump the waits the way i want to and the way i think my body wants it i put my 10 kilos on in 2 weeks and havnt stopped training its been three months and i cant imagine not training when its so easy to go out there and know what to dowhen i was 18-19 I traind for bout a month or 2 with some one at there time the way they wanted to etc which i didnt like.Then i bought my own gym equipment to train when and how i wanted to but i did...more

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Learn as much as you can bout the sport eg diffrent exercises diffrent nutrition supplements etc the more you know the more you can accomplish

I had 3 surgeries to repair nerves and crushed connective bone. But now is stronger than the other one. Just aches in cold or wet weather. haha.
