Workout Program:
Due to being in Italy without a decent gym I am currently using the following workout

Daily:
3 sets of pushups to exhaustion
3 x 12 sets of asymetric curls with resistance bands
3 x 12 sets overhead press with resistance bands
3 x 10 seated rows
3 x 12 squats
3 x 10 Lateral Arm Raises
3 sets Bicycle Crunches to exhaustion

Cardio:
Running 2-3 miles 3 days/week
Walking approx 4 miles/day (traveling around the city)
