suck it up Fatass. haha. Sounds like no gym and a little too much wine and pasta has made your goal a little more difficult. How did you work out and maintain your strength if you didn't have an adequate gym? Just do pushups?

Benched 300 yesterday. Supposed to hit 315 next week but I don't think I'm gonna get it. I think I can do 305, possibly 310. Weighed 191 yesterday. So, let's see, that would be 382 pounds to double my weight. NOT LIKELY. I think you'll probably make it though.

Bench double your weight by December? Holy smokes. That's some goal. I'd love to bench double my weight someday too, but I ain't even close yet. I'd need another 60-80 lbs. Hope you make it man. Let me know.

doing good dude yeah i have been working my ass off i increased my carido cut back on the budlite some. im gona have that sixpack back by summer how are you workouts comming? my wife is a bartender she had an acident so she is not working that keeps me out of the bar more ha ha.thats how i cut back on the budlite. good to here from you have a merry christmas and happy new years.

Actually dude I have not added any mass since I started. I sort of started a couple of years ago but have been on and off. Since graduation in 2003 I have actually lost 20 pounds and have toned up more than anything. My routine right now revolves around running, sit-ups, and push-ups because I basically cannot afford a gym membership because I have to pay for my wedding. I take some whey protien after my "workouts" though.

going good he is a good work out partner allways on time and a little stronger than me so its makes me want to push myself a little harder. out here you can have a workout partner at home i cant seem to mak it work i dont even try just workout alone or the wife works out with me. so whats up wiht you dude you looking great in the new pictures i need to post some more i will soon.

Hey man thanks. Since last week I changed up my workout a bit. I wanna work my trouble areas every time I hit the gym. At this point it's my abs. Any good suggestions for bringing down the belly fat aside from diet?
