This picture was taken just before i joined the health club (got the membership for Christmas!) I had continued with my treadmill routine since May 2003 and added some push ups, leg lifts and crunches. At this point I was 160 lbs.

This was after 6 months in the gym...fairly consistent routine...still learning how to lift so did not use very heavy weights...concentrate on form

These are 10 months of being in the gym...last 3 months had more intense work out than before ...added a training partner who was bigger and more experienced than me.
