i use to lift alittle when i was a sophmore because i was tryin to loose weight which was 2 years ago. i lost 45 pounds and ive gained about 15. So now i am gettin serious about lifting and transforming my body
Why I Love It:
seeing changes in my body, and lifting more weight. im addicted
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing changes, makes me have more self confidence, arnold

Ya know it's funny cause I've always real small.. not alot of muscle and weighted in between 105 to 120 for years and I could eat insanely low amounts of food without it bothering me.. but add 25 to 30 lbs of muscle and now I wanna eat all the time!! I eat while I'm training!
I've been through my share of fat phases lately!! I think I like the bulking phases a little to much!! I find it harder an harder to stick to a cutting routine!
I've been so tired by the end of the days this week I've just been eating what's convient! Not good.. I gained 3 lbs this week but but seams to be muscle so I'm good with it..
LOL,yeah it'll get worse! I just roll my eyes and walk away! I hear, Stuff like but you workout all the time it's silly that you cann't eat anything! By that they mean junk.. my diets been ****ty this week! :(
