I always lifted in high school for soccer. But all I did was bench. I became serious with lifting to improve my overall physique my junior year in college and have been addicted to it since.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling I get from seeing my body change. I'm not on here just to show my body, I'm not a manwhore, I may be a fitness whore though! But no, I really do want to inspire others and be inspired by others as well. Bodybuilding is SO much more than just looking good--it relieves stress, makes you healthy, disciplined, increases confidence, and makes you more fun to be around.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site helps alot. I used to be the chubby insecure kid, now I'm a healthy confident kid. Others have helped me and I hope I can help others as well. People always talk about anorexia while ignoring obesity. I never understood that. We're hitting a crisis with obesity in America. I use my progress pictures as my way to keep me working hard while hoping my changes can help someone else.
BB Accomplishments:
Soon to be accomplishments: 1. Bench 300 pounds, 2. Run 5 miles 3 days a week, 3. Get a 6 pack with the V, 4. Eat clean

this was a while ago.. i wasn't lifting nearly as regularly as i am now
this was after a while of doing alot of cardio.. definitely see more lines coming in.. and just a few more months till the full V
