How I Started:
I started for sports. When I graduated college I started to workout for looking and feeling better about myself.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever. It gave me a sense of success everytime I walk into the gym. It makes me feel better about myself and the will to take my training to the next level.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self satisfaction as well as helping others achieve their fitness goals.My eyes set on being in the best physical shape I can!!!

Goal (Long):
I want to lean out and evaluate what I need to work on. The major goal is to compete this time in 2010. Possible Lehigh Valley show as my first show. Want to compete at 198, long way to go but if it was easy, everyone would be doing it!
