  • I do heavy decline presses 4-5 sets 8-12 reps if u get real heavy 2-4 reps i increase wght as i go. and decline flys dumbbells and cables I mix it up I do dips but on tri day I only work one body part a day ill throw in Abs but I do cardio too so until I cut this weight that's how I do...
