I was always active in my 20's, playing all sports, dancing and just being active, now in my professional life it has been a little more difficult.

Goal (Long):
I have always been an above average athlete in school, but it has been very natural for me. As i have started to enter my 30's, I have noticed that i have lost some of my natural ability and require real work to get back what i lost, as well as dramaticlly improve my strength and size. I know with dedication hard work and knowledge i will be able to achive my goals..
So i have changed my profile pic; but that is the only real change. I was hoping to see a difference but, so far nothing! I am still waiting for that day i look in the mirror and say " hey that looks better". Anyways I know it takes hard work, but a little change helps so you...
