The begining one week front relaxed
Taken at home with the 3GS..
This was taken after my workout, I am not flexing, i am just in a relaxed pose, I don't see any diff/ but i know it's early. 219lbs and too much bodyfat

Goal (Long):
I have always been an above average athlete in school, but it has been very natural for me. As i have started to enter my 30's, I have noticed that i have lost some of my natural ability and require real work to get back what i lost, as well as dramaticlly improve my strength and size. I know with dedication hard work and knowledge i will be able to achive my goals..

I want to LOSE 15 lb
