To start to tone up and lose weight and feel better
Goal (Long):
I want to lose the extra body fat that I'm carring around and get toned up. I want defined abs and round shoulders, hard biceps and an ass you can bounce a quarter off of. I want to be an even stronger woman that I am now.
My hubby told me this evening that he wants to start lifting and workout and eating right again!!!! YEA! I'm so tickled this will make it ever so much easier for me to stay on track with my eating. He's a big junk eater and that stuff being in the house was/is just to tempting for me. I know I'm...
I have the lifting part of my work out in the workout tracker but I have more and no place to put it there so here goes....
10 min. warm up eliptical
then lifted
25 min cardio on eliptical,10 minutes quick jog like motions,5 sets intervals 30 second on 1 min recovery then cool...
My legs are my weakest link so I have to just bust ass on them. Haha, I know what you mean about "gym guy" from your blog - you try so hard to be polite and get them away from you, but they're so annoying! That's why I wear my Ipod religiously even if the music's not on. I'm happy to see that you're back in the gym after your injury!
My wife and I have both achieved body transformations and know where you are coming from. You can make your fitness goals & dreams come true, most likely sooner than you think. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
thank you for the comment on my blog :) Yes, take pictures! You might not feel great about posting them yet, but that's ok. You can post them later, after you've come along! hehe! But at least have pictures YOU can compare to.
