Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): If anyone can look at my pictures and tell me what they think i should work on the most that would extremely helpful!!
Goal (Long): All measurement goals need to be achieved without going over 7% bodyfat or they dont count! I will basically be adding 1/4 inch to a full inch to my new goal every month.. let's see if this works!!! Again i would just like to ask if you could look at my pics and give me your opinions on what needs the most work.. thanks for your help!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb

Now with school and work everyday working out is getting harder and harder.. and im actually doing it less and less.. AHH im just so mad because the same thing happened over the summer and i lost everything i gained over the year and just when i get it back another barrier arises...

I looked and I think your photos are great and your physique is impressive. I'm guess ing you want to be bigger and more cut! Keep at what you're doing, be consistent with your training and make the best diet choices you can and the muscle will grow on you! The best is in the future! ~Ray

TKehoe, You don't have a bad physique for a young man. My advice is to be patient, work hard, stay natural, and while gaining muscle stay ripped and symmetrical. Workout the whole body, keep the abs cut and small. Lots of pullups, dips, and workout the calves. Stay consistent and persistent! WORK HARD, EAT RIGHT, AND REST. Good luck!
