I had a wake up call that could have ended my career.
Why I Love It:
I didn't before, but now I do. I love the science behind everything and the techniques that are used. Everyone has a different one and not every technique works for all people. I also like the way I feel afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to keep my job. I also want to compete in a couple of competitions now that I have some time.

I like your approach to fitness, Tim. Even though I enjoy it for the most part, there are always those days when I just don't want to do a workout. I use the same line of thinking. My daughter really keeps me motivated (being able to keep up with her).
