Yup, scope a brah out! Fourth contest downrange, chalk one up for experience - lowest placing so far but at my heaviest weight so I'm just happy to hold ANY lean mass over 200lbs., it's getting harder to stay lean at this young age and cruiser weight...makes me more motivated to stay consistent!

Be careful with the eagle loops deads, work up slowly and do them maximum once a week. I injured my flexor tendon doing middle fingers deadlifts with 180kg. Nice work on the #2.
