How I Started:
I got tired of looking in the mirror at a fat body that had barely enough energy to make a sandwich must less do anything active with my kids.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the since of accomplishment after a good workout. Knowing that I throw up some good weights and seeing the results gives me the satisfaction that keeps me going.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the results that come over time. The more results I see the more I thrive for more. And of course the the occasional pep talk from some fellow friends that always ends with the phrase, "come on Fat Baby".
What worked for me and allowed me to achieve my fitness dreams and lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
