How I Started:
I thought that to be happy you have to eat whatever you want, but little did I know that my binging was self-medication for other things. Now I want to be the person I never was...God help me.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel hard core (even though I'm not quite there yet)
How I Stay Motivated:
I Know one day I'll find the happy balance and not care about what people think of healthy habits. Oxygen magazines and bodybuilding.com helps a ton!

Goal (Long):
I want to get below 10% BF to get some nice clean cut abs, but i guess i won't know how low until i get there huh?

I hear ya about the gym time. Cutting wood for next heating season has taken up all my free time lately. Went on a trip last week and my eating was not exactly up to par during that time. Getting back on track now.
