Finally i got motivated enough to breakout of my current routine and change it up a bit. My old workout, i was supersetting chest/back, bi/tri, legs, shoulders.. Ive changed up to a standard workout routine right now. im going to stick with this one until jan. chest/tri, back/bi,...
Naw bruh, i've gained 6 or 7 lbs so far (i was shooting for a gain of 15). i don't eat enough and i ran out of whey protein. i'm on TDY in Florida right now. i'll pick it up when i get home. Man i wish you the best. those 60 days are gonna fly by. hang in there.
How's the leg training going? My first deployment to Iraq, we had Fred Flintstone equipment, but 2nd time around in 2005, was a vast improvement with equipment and facilities. BTW, cool t-shirt. You zeroing in on squats?
