Well i never left the gym. I have new goals now. I was putting on alot of mass but being in the army i still have this dam PT test i have to take. So now im down to 186 @ 15% according to the Army's way of testing. I dont think its that bad. I started up cardio. Running on the treadmill. I did...

MAN, sorry for the late response. Read my latest blog, "Hectic"; it will explain a lot. Now, man I was praying nothin had happened to you, after you just dropped off the site, and didn't post anything for a long time! Glad you're back safe at Lewis. So when do you go to Recruiting school? One of my Soldiers got pulled and is at Jackson now. Man that's gonna suck for your family. Anyway, keep pumping and holla when you get a chance.

Naw bruh, i've gained 6 or 7 lbs so far (i was shooting for a gain of 15). i don't eat enough and i ran out of whey protein. i'm on TDY in Florida right now. i'll pick it up when i get home. Man i wish you the best. those 60 days are gonna fly by. hang in there.

How's the leg training going? My first deployment to Iraq, we had Fred Flintstone equipment, but 2nd time around in 2005, was a vast improvement with equipment and facilities. BTW, cool t-shirt. You zeroing in on squats?

In this pic...I believe it was right around 19% and my goal is to get down to like 14-15 %. I plan to really start my whole program over in January.
