3 times a week right? Does that mean that you have a total body workout every day you workout? And if yes: how many sets of each workout do you do?
Thanks!!
Hi dude, you have a great physique and a nice face too. The girls must love it haha.
Do you have some advice for me on how to work out my calves in the best way? I work out 4 times a week so would it be good to train them 2 times a week?
Peace!
Chris, you are doing real good. You are tall but lean and thats a plus. Its good to have a great metabolism. You have extended puberty. You will love it when you are 40. There are ways to gain while you train. The point is forcing you food intake to the muscles, before it burns and passes. It can be done and you a good canidate for it. Let me know if you need more info. You really do look great and the abs are awesome. Keep up the good work.
Looking good Kidd. Nice abs and you are ripped nice. Try to bulk up, but train just as hard so you dont loose the cuts. I like to cut as I grow together. Try supersetting and incorporate calistenics. You really are doing. Keep up the good work.
