Wednesday: Legs
Power cleans: 5-4-3-2-1
front squat: 5x5
plyometrics (stairs) 4 sets of deep squat jumps up the stairs.
friday: Back
close grip lat pulls: 10-8-6-4
dumbbell rows: 8-6-4-4-4
t-bar rows-10-8-6-4-2
Abs: four times a week, usually mililtary style ground work
