When I Started:
How I Started: I STARTED 7 YEARS AGO.I WENT HARD FOR THREE YEARS AND IT FELT AMAZING. I THEN BOUGHT A HOUSE AND HAD TO STOP. HAVING A HOUSE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THEN A GYM MEMBERSHIP. I RECENTLY HAD A MY FIRST CHILD AND HAVE LOST ALL MY MUSCLE AND GAIN A DECENT AMOUNT OF WEIGHT. SO IM STARTING OVER FROM SCRATCH. I WONT BE GOING THE GYM ROUTE SO ITS GONNA MAKE IT THAT MUCH HARDER. BUT IT WILL BE SO WORTH THE FEELING OF BEING HEALTHY AGAIN.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
A WARM UP SET OF 15 EACH ARM 5LBS, THEN 12 EACH ARM 20 LBS, THEN A SET OF 10 WITH 30 LBS ALL OF THESE ARE BENT OVER CURLS. THEN I DO 3 SETS OF 10 OF HAMMER CURLS WITH 20 LBS

TRICEP EXTENSIONS OF DIFFERENT SORTS. I LOVE ROPE PULL DOWNS AND CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESSES

What calf workout has worked best for you?
NOT A BIG FAN OF LEG EXERCISES. BUT LIKE BUILDING A HOUSE WITHOUT A STRONG FOUNDATION IT DOESENT MATTER HOW BIG THE REST OF THE HOUSE IS.

OK IM TRYING TO FINE TUNE MY DIET BUT ITS SEEMS TO BE COMING TO A HAULT. IVE BEEN DOING MY READING BUT I FEEL I NEED TO ACTUALY TALK TO SOMEONE. ANYONE HERE WILLING TO HELP A GUY OUT WITH SOME ADVISE OR EVEN POINT ME IN A GOOD DIRECTION?
