I STARTED 7 YEARS AGO.I WENT HARD FOR THREE YEARS AND IT FELT AMAZING. I THEN BOUGHT A HOUSE AND HAD TO STOP. HAVING A HOUSE WAS MORE IMPORTANT THEN A GYM MEMBERSHIP. I RECENTLY HAD A MY FIRST CHILD AND HAVE LOST ALL MY MUSCLE AND GAIN A DECENT AMOUNT OF WEIGHT. SO IM STARTING OVER FROM SCRATCH. I WONT BE GOING THE GYM ROUTE SO ITS GONNA MAKE IT THAT MUCH HARDER. BUT IT WILL BE SO WORTH THE FEELING OF BEING HEALTHY AGAIN.

A WARM UP SET OF 15 EACH ARM 5LBS, THEN 12 EACH ARM 20 LBS, THEN A SET OF 10 WITH 30 LBS ALL OF THESE ARE BENT OVER CURLS. THEN I DO 3 SETS OF 10 OF HAMMER CURLS WITH 20 LBS

TRICEP EXTENSIONS OF DIFFERENT SORTS. I LOVE ROPE PULL DOWNS AND CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESSES

What calf workout has worked best for you?
NOT A BIG FAN OF LEG EXERCISES. BUT LIKE BUILDING A HOUSE WITHOUT A STRONG FOUNDATION IT DOESENT MATTER HOW BIG THE REST OF THE HOUSE IS.

just upped it about 1 month ago. I also switched to a heaver calorie/fat content protein to pack on some extra weight. its just so hard to drink the stuff.

It's so good to hear that you are doing well, besides those thunderstorms. I am very much sore. I did a back workout on Monday and it crept up on me, I might go take a little nap in a while. Are you working out?
