How I Started: Started going to the highschool conditioning program before school when i was in 6th grade
Why I Love It: i am getting old, so i like how young i feel by staying healthy
How I Stay Motivated: before and after pictures , not wanting to return to the before, and remembering how hard i worked to get to the after. And th epositive effect it has, or hopefully has, on my children. If nothing else it helps me to keep up with them.

WOW.  I am trying some new supps this year.  Muscletech Nano Vapor and Halo.  Although they are quite possibly the nastiest things I have ever drank the feel and the results are awesome.  I recommend them to anyone.

ZMA, Real Gains (I'm bulking), ON Whey, Shock Therapy (an NO product) for pre lifting. When I was cutting I also used Scivation Xtend aminos when doing my cardio. Just stay on target, remind yourself about what the other guys you will be onstage with are eating when u feel tempted to cheat... Besides, you're gonna look awesome!

Heyo Heath! Good to hear you're on track for your best year of competing. I understand your desire to win at the ABA comp! Given your size and great proportions, you're gonna ROCK! Working on adding size here, not sure if I will compete again in the fall or hold off for more growth. At 51 I'm not sure if I am at the point of diminishing returns! I'll make that decision in May, possibly spend the summer cutting for the OCB comp in September. Post some new progress pix! :)

I won't be at Noblesville. I just don't like the promoter and how they run their shows. Keep in mind the OCB Indiana natural show in September... I like to hear about your cutting plan...
