Saw my little brother and his mates getting big so I thought why not! Now I cant stop, it is what drives me and keeps me sane.
Why I Love It:
Being able to change my body and seeing it grow! I have found something that is mine and only mine.(Sounds kinda selfish but hey it is what is it)
How I Stay Motivated:
Usually a mirror, scales dont really help. My eyes are more judgemental. ""The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 pounds is always 200 pounds."-Henry Rollins

I have always been slightly different from the norm but not in a good way. I was 5'10 and weighted in at 125Kgs back in Jan 05, then I discovered the gym. Now I realise that I can make myself look different and stand out in a good way. Im wanting to continue to lose fat as Ive done over the past 2 years but also add lean mass as I go along. I want to stay around the 80 - 85Kg mark even go up to 90Kg if its all muscle weight!!!
Im back again, missed almost a week of training cause I had the flu(which I know is a lame excuse but it would have drawn it out longer so im happy with the choice). Last night was delts and we hit them harder then usual.
here a quote I hope you like it
Alway remember , the Ememy of of your potential is the comfort zone . This comfort zone. This zone may feel good - but it's a dangerous place to be .
I was once told that by my football coach I hope you like it
Awww.. Thank you! I'm glad I can make you feel that way, it makes me keeps going back to the gym twice a day! :-) Hope you have a great weekend and do keep in touch! Hugs* and Kisses*

Doherty gym is pretty damm cool , its has a lot of free weights that go up to about 75kgs. there two bench press , two incline bench , three smith machines , two 45 leg press , a hack sqaurt machine . and all the those weights in the gym
if you come down to melbourne would you like to do session with me a Doherty gym
Oh, hope your finger is better! But I am sure that didn't keep you out of the gym, right? ;) The survival camp will be located near a lake here in Slovenia. I think it'll be tons of fun.
Thank you...Next week I'm going to try 450lbs.,which I have tried it before just once, but I will try 3x6 at least and I'll let you know how I feel. hee hee.
Thank you... Yes, Legs is one of my favorite workout sad to say it's the most difficult one to achieve for me...so I try my best to train hard for it. That's good that your friends come and help you out, I've always thought I don't need a spotter but it's pretty good to have since it gives you courage to lift heavier as long as they are attentive to spot you. =)
I'm doing well...just waiting for the clock to hit six so I can get outta here and hit the gym. I will be doing legs today and definitely looking forward to it. Yeah I can't wait for the Mauii trip as well...only for the 3-4 days I'll be set. :) So how's training at home? I admire you for working out at home, it's very difficult for me to stay focus if I workout at my home.
