Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Right now I practice training with the kettlebells on my ship. I prefer training out on the grass, but its more convenient to have them on the ship at this time.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
I don't have a program. I do what I feel, some days I feel like using my 40kg and on others I might just use the 28kg or 20kg and then there are days I use all three. So its best to say that no workout is the same and I keep it fresh.

hey just stopping by i was reviewing your stats and i just find it very unique that your benching more than you squat i mean im not jocking you your stronger than i can ever dream of i just find it unusual.
