tuesday (bicep & tricep)
one arm dumbell preacher 4x8
cable preacher curls 4x8
barbell 21s 3sets
one arm cable pushdowns 4x10
overhead rope extensions 4x10
ez bar tricep extension 4x10

wendsday ( shoulders )
dumbell shruggs 5x12
barbell shruggs 5x12
dumbell shoulder press 5x12

thursday ( legs )
squats 12,10,8,6,4
quad ext 5x12
leg press 12,10,8,6,4
calve raises 4x20
