My name is Randy. I'm a masters champion competitor in Ohio and an NPC judge. Thank you for your service in Iraq. We are all praying for you. Bodybuilding is 75% diet, 25% training. Split your routine up by bodypart, giving each part at least 48 hrs. recovery. Glutamine and the 3 branch chains are key to muscle recovery. Train like its your last day.
