What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
oatmeal + protein shake
snack = protein shake apple
lunch= chicken rice or pasta
snack =tuna snadwich
pre workout purple wraath
postworkout protein shake
dinner chicken with veg and rice
10%...a new protein is coming out that is supposed to be insane..

abs-sit ups with weight 6 set max reps,twist 4 set max rep,crunches 6 set max rep,leg left 6 set max rep,air bikes 3 set max rep and ab longe 3 set 100 reps
legs-squats 4 set max rep and leg exston

shoulder-pull downs 6 set max rep,over head dumbell press 6 set max reps,arm circel with weight 6 set max rep,bend rows 6 set max reps,millitary pull ups 6 set max reps,over heade press 6 set max rep and lawn mores 4 set max rep

Chest-benching 6 set maxx rep,decline bench 4 set max rep,incline bench 3 set max reps,push ups 100 reps,butterflys 5 set max rep,dumbell press 4 set max rep,perfect push up 100 reps,dips 6 set max rep and dumbell butter fly 4 set max rep

and third workout thursday friday and saturday
